Do universities accept sworn translations?
Yes. Dutch universities and credential evaluators accept sworn translations done by a translator registered in the Netherlands (RBTV), with stamp and certification.
Should I translate the diploma or the transcript?
Often both are needed. Start with the diploma for credential evaluation; add a transcript if the institution requests grades or course details.
Do I need to send the original diploma?
